7/6/2008 - We are working to get all of the tools back in place. Many already are and the rest (plus a lot of new functionality) are on the way. The functionality to allow users to post headlines and photo gallery entries is already in place. This is what a team member (user) and admin will need to do.

1. Use the Request Login link in the left hand menu to enter yourself into the system. This is the only step for the user.
2. Once you are in the system, the admin will need to approve you. This can be done on your admin home page.
3. Once the user is approved, you will need to create a player for the user if you have not already done so. This is done using the Player menu option in your admin section. Make sure the player you created has the new user selected in the Add/Edit Players Form under the User for this Player drop down list.
4. Make sure you give the player the posting rights you want them to have under the Player Posting Rights check boxes, also located on the Add/Edit Players Form.

That’s it! The player will now be able to access those forms. As of now, Headlines and Photo Gallery entries are the only completed options. But more will be added next week.
