Measurement for Ice Hockey Skates-what size?
I have some old ice hockey skates im trying to sell on ebay but cannot find the price!I have it in inches and from sole to toe-not the blade it is 9 and a half inches-24 and a half CM.What UK size is this?6/7 e.t.c?
Sizing may differ slightly depending on the brand. If they are Mission skates, they are truer to street shoes size. It may be better to contact the manufacturer and ask them their opinion as to what size your skates are (and to make sure you did indeed measure them correctly).
If you do find out what size your skates are but you still need to convert it to UK size, you can look here:
http://www.hockeymonkey.com/skatsizchar.html
Since most of us here are figure skaters, you may also want to check out the hockey section: http://answers.yahoo.com/dir/;_ylt=Ar51iu_MsKO72_khkGXuBdtKxQt.?link=list&sid=396545462
There are cool hockey folks there who can better answer technical questions like this!
Good luck!
